Note: the Social Programme / Day Trip fee (€100) may be purchased as a stand-alone add-on for guests who wish to join only the excursion, without attending the academic sessions or the full social package.

1. Competitive paper — single author (participant) The author registers for the Full Symposium.
- Standard: €300
- Early bird (by 27 July 2026): €270
2. Competitive paper — two participating co-authors Each co-author registers individually for the Full Symposium.
- Standard: 2 × €300 = €600
- Early bird: 2 × €270 = €540
3. Paper — one participating author + an accompanying person joining only the day trip The author registers for the Full Symposium; the accompanying person purchases only the stand-alone Day Trip.
- Standard: €300 (author) + €100 (day trip only) = €400
- Early bird: €270 (author) + €100 (day trip only) = €370
4. Competitive paper — single author, 2 conference days only (no day trip) The author registers for the 2-day conference access package, without the day trip programme.

5. Competitive paper — three participating co-authors Each co-author registers individually for the Full Symposium.
- Standard: 3 × €300 = €900
- Early bird: 3 × €270 = €810
6. Paper — one doctoral student attending only the 2 conference days The doctoral student registers for the 2-day doctoral rate, without the day trip.
